Under the title \"STARDUST: All things that glow in the dark become stars,\" Jisoo Jang initially began by observing the stars:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cblockquote\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003e\"Originally, she wanted to depict the celestial constellations as they appear – framed in a circle that guides the gaze like a silent telescope. But soon her gaze turned inward. All works in the series are a metaphor for the abyss. Just as one draws water from a very deep well, she drew the images from a deeply hidden place within herself. It's as if she is expressing her own universe. Just as the star constellation changes slightly every month, there are subtle variations within a similar structure in her works.
